Naas qualified  for th Reserve Div. 1 league final with a decisive ten point victory over Celbridge.Two goals in the first fifteen minutes put Naas in the driving seat and gave them a three point interval lead.Another two goals for Naas in a five minute spell midway through the second half put the county town on the road to the final.

The Naas captain Neil arragher opened the scoring with an early point. Celbridge replied when goalkeeper Dan Kilgallon converted a “45”. Aiden Begley netted for Naas after five minutes. The teams scored two points each before we had two goals in a minute from Barry Keogh(Naas) and Tommy Konstantin (Celbridge). At half-time Naas led 2 – 5 to 1 – 5.

The sides scored three points each at the start of the second half. Then Celbridge drew level with an eight minute goal from Thomas Doolin and went a point ahead from Tommy Konstantin. Naas dominated for the rest of the game scring goals from Barry Keogh and Alex Beirne and points from Barry Keogh, Aiden Begley, Darragh Merriman, Barry Murphy and Shane Bergin.
