In the last three years Niall has managed the Naas minors to two Championship titles (2016, 2018) and two League titles (2017, 2018). He also managed the U21 side that won the championship in 2016.

His management team will include Evan McDermott, selector with the All-Ireland winning Kildare U20 team in 2018, as selector and Liam McHale, former Mayo player, as coach.

The remainder of his backroom team will be named shortly.
