Naas U14 Féile Hurlers travel to Wexford to represent county Kildare in Féile na nGael 2017.

The success in Féile 2017 , has being a journey that started back in our Hurling Nursery in 2009, and through a lot of hard work and dedication from our mentors, players with the support from our parents , travelling the length and breadth of Ireland in the development of our young Hurlers has lead us on our journey to Buffers Alley in Wexford.

Naas GAA has along and proud tradition in Féile which dates back to 1971 when Naas GAA represented Kildare at the in augural All Ireland Féile Hurling Finals held in Tipperary. Since 1971 we have represented Kildare with distinction, leading to winning the All-Ireland Féile Division 3 title in 2006.  In 2014 we won the Division 2 All Ireland Féile title.

This meant, for the first time in our history, we played in the Division 1 All-Ireland Féile 2015. Then in 2016 we won the Division 1 Shield Final beating Sixmilebrige of Clare in an epic encounter in the WIT Sports Campus

This year, our host Club is Buffers Alley.  We feel privileged to be hosted by Buffers Alley who are deeply embedded in the history of Wexford GAA.

Naas will play Naomh Éanna and Buffers Alley from Wexford and Na Fianna from Dublin in their group games on Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th.

We wish the players, mentors, parents and supporters the very best of luck at Féile na nGael 2017.
